1. Comfort

High-quality Spandex and Nylon yarn produce skin-friendly cords with good resilience. It won’t course irritation or redness behind the ears and no ear strangulation.

2. Size

Normally, the diameter 2.5-3.5mm elastic cord is most 3-ply mask manufacturers’ choice. This elastic rope can be stretched up to three times its length. The same goes for the flat belt, of course.

3.Durability

Some people complain that the rope of the mask is easy to fall off, which affects the quality. This is usually caused by the welding process. For example, nylon is thinner than polyester, and the melting temperature is lower. Welding at the same temperature is not suitable.
